Construction Supervisor

About The Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join the Rio Tinto Team at their Gove site. This role will work a 4 week on, 6 week off roster FIFO from Darwin or Cairns.

Key Responsibilities

• Read & gain understanding of tasks to be executed
• Work with other site departments
• Print & create work packs to hand to contracting work force
• Liaise with contracting supervisors to go through works allocated to their teams
• Attend contractor pre starts & provide key messages from supervisor pre-start meeting
• Supervise all works in allocated area onsite
• Manage interactions within area & escalate any issues to Shutdown supervisor
• Conduct in field safety verifications & complete safety audits of work
