Responsibilities
Supervise the construction team during SITE construction in a manner that achieves quality installation meeting performance parameters set out in the Statement of Requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by COMPANY.
Responsible for the coordination, realization and follow up of offshore structural activities.
To pursue the HSE objectives defined by his hierarchical superiors.
To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
To follow the construction activities, including pre-commissioning, as required.
To ensure completion of all the construction and pre-commissioning activities to ensure an efficient handover to the Commissioning team.
To ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
To provide KPI’s information for the reporting to the Construction Manager.
To provide weekly reporting of the offshore construction activities.
To participate in risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.
To contribute to the engineering and procurement process by providing construction inputs.
To participate in kick-off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings as required in accordance with Company's referential.
To participate in required offshore Technical Meetings (weekly and monthly) with Contractors/Subcontractors.
To ensure offshore cost and schedule follow up/reporting in line with the project’s requirements.
To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
Being an active member of the Project Team and managing construction organization interfaces by working collaboratively across the project organization providing direction, coordination and alignment of construction strategies and planning.
Acts as the Construction interface from the point of project inception to the point the project starts field execution.
Ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by CONTRACTOR are in accordance with the respective Agreement with Customer.
Qualifications And Experience
PMC & ADNOC experiences are preferable.
Diploma in Engineering (i.e., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, IT, Computer, Software, Electronic, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited institution with relevant experience in Oil & Gas.
Relevant experience in the petrochemical industry in the GCC region.
Relevant experience in a similar position for major Oil & Gas/Marine Construction projects in the GCC region.
