We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and manage construction projects from conception to completion

- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations

- Manage project teams and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

- Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications

- Monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

- Ensure project delivery meets quality standards and complies with all relevant codes and regulations

- Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation

- Identify and resolve any project-related problems or delays

- Mentor and train junior engineers and project team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management

- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred

- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
