Job description

Minimum 10 years UAE experience in Construction / Contracting companies.
Actively involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.
Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors and negotiate the contracts of subcontractors.
Establish construction schedules.
Attend weekly project progress meetings with construction managers.
Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
Review land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues.
Review compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards.
Negotiate contracts and obtain permits.
Responsible for communicating with inspectors and architects.
Coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors.
Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs.
