Construction Project Manager

• Minimum 10 years UAE experience in Construction / Contracting companies.
• Actively involved in the areas of preplanning, budgeting, resource allocation, contract negotiation, and worker coordination.
• Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, and negotiate the contracts of subcontractors.
• Establish construction schedules.
• Attend weekly project progress meetings with construction managers.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Review land surveys, assess project estimations and budgets, inspect existing structures, create design plans, and review potential safety issues.
• Review compliance with federal and local safety guidelines and standards.
• Negotiate contracts and obtain permits.
• Responsible for communicating with inspectors and architects.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials with vendors.
• Generate reports focusing on project progress, job status, and costs.
