Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

• Administer the construction contract in the capacity of the Engineer’s Representative.
• Monitor project progress, document scope changes, and manage contract deliverables.
• Coordinate with government authorities and agencies for necessary approvals and project handover.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and recommend approval of change orders, and ensure timely communication of project changes.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure expectations are clearly managed and met.
• Lead the site supervision team and oversee contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
• Review and assess contractor schedules, progress reports, and claims.
• Ensure that company's contractual rights and obligations are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Years of Experience: 15 - 20 years of relevant experience.

Experience Preference:

• Prior experience in infrastructure supervision including roads, bridges, underpasses, utilities (dry & wet), and pumping stations.
• Proven delivery of large-scale community development projects—preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority specifications, NOC procedures, and commissioning processes.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and international standard contracts is essential.
• UAE or broader GCC project experience is highly desirable.
