The Front Office Assistant (Emirati) is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager in accordance with IDP policies.

Key accountabilities

  1. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
  2. Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers.
  3. Register walk-in, call-in students on Client Relation Management (CRM) system and assign to counsellors.
  4. Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  5. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  6. Assist the Office Manager and other staff as required.

  3. Committed to hard work and continual learning.
  4. Effective verbal and listening skills.
  5. Highly proficient in word processing programs.
