Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the project in line with direction set by NAE and the Regional Director. Responsible for the day-to-day management of each project through to opening and the development of associated strategies to achieve the required outcomes.
  2. Project Management: Work on all aspects of the project to include instigating a rigorous tender process for the appointment of Design Architects, Contractors, and Suppliers. Lead design architects, in conjunction with the Senior Manager, School Building and Design, to ensure the build specifications meet agreed objectives. Liaise with building contractors to ensure the project meets timelines and quality standards.
  3. Financial Management: Create and manage a construction project, responsible for budget ownership of agreed CAPEX.
  4. Communication: Ensure all project governance processes are adhered to. Update the Regional Director, Corporate Development Director, and Regional Operations Director on a bi-weekly basis regarding progress and solutions to resolve any issues.
  5. Team Management: Work closely with the Regional HR team to recruit quality candidates to deliver the contract, as required.
  6. Personal Development: Engage in continual development through the identification and implementation of your own Personal Development Plan.
