Job description

Managing big project as deputy worth 150 millions with at least 12 to 15 years experience in construction field

Responsibilities:

  1. Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  2. Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  3. Budgeting: Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, allocation, and monitoring.
  4. Resource Management: Assemble and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
  5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all contracts and agreements are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes.
  8. Project Execution: Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  9. Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure that construction work meets required standards and specifications.
  10. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  11. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  12. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, including updates on project status, issues, and changes.
  13. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
  14. Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget and communicate these changes to stakeholders.
  15. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
  16. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  17. Contingency Planning: Prepare contingency plans to address potential issues and minimize their impact on the project.
  18. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
  19. Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  20. Financial Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that spending aligns with the budget.
  21. Project Closeout: Oversee project completion, including final inspections, punch list items, and handover to the client.
  22. Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
