Construction Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project consultants and contractors, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and service levels.
• Conduct site meetings, lead negotiations, and manage smooth site operations.
• Monitor and control the quality of construction works, with a particular focus on luxury finishes.
• Stay up-to-date with construction methodologies, from foundation and structural works to final finishes.
• Review and analyze project schedules, mitigation plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and variation requests.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and legal requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or higher from an accredited university.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of UAE construction experience in Tier One or multinational construction companies and/or construction management firms; at least 2 years of experience as a Construction Project Director.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera; strong engineering technical knowledge, with the ability to manage and control quality standards.
• Competencies: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project management practices; excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED55,000.00 per month
