Construction Procurement Manager

We re Hiring: Construction Procurement Manager Construction & Facilities Projects
About the Role:
As a Construction Procurement Manager, you will support the Facilities Management and Business teams by overseeing the procurement, contract management, and logistics of construction, lounge, and hotel design projects. This includes reviewing supplier agreements, negotiating contracts, managing risk assessments, and ensuring financial and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement frameworks to enhance cost optimisation, supplier performance, and project execution across outstation locations.

In this role, you will:

• Contract & Vendor Management: Lead the review, negotiation, and validation of contracts to optimise cost and compliance.
• Procurement & Logistics Strategy: Manage tendering, supplier selection, and sourcing for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement: Work closely with Facilities Management, suppliers, and external stakeholders to drive seamless procurement execution.
• Risk & Performance Management: Identify risks, develop SLAs, and implement industry best practices to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Financial & Business Acumen: Conduct cost analysis, supplier evaluations, and financial assessments to drive value in procurement decisions.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement and logistics within construction, hotel or aviation.
• Strong expertise in QS, MEP, contract validation, and supplier negotiations.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, risk assessment, and procurement strategy.
• Preferred: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, or equivalent professional certifications.
