Construction Operation Manager / Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
2. Create detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, and schedules.
3. Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
4. Oversee the project budget to control costs and meet financial targets.
5. Lead project teams, including site managers, engineers, and laborers.
6. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
7. Ensure team members are adequately trained and developing their skills.
8. Implement quality control procedures to meet the highest standards.
9. Act as clients’ primary point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
10. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and comply with regulations.
11. Address any issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
12. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
13. Handle the resulting structures and services for use.
14. Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
15. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc., and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

Requirements

1. Proven working experience in civil engineering and customer service.
2. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is required.
3. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in construction management and civil engineering.
4. Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
5. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
6. Project management and supervision skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. License of professional engineer.
9. UAE Driving License Mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
• Construction Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
