Construction Manager – EPC Oil & Gas Projects

Position Overview: An experienced Construction Manager with 20 years in the Oil & Gas sector, responsible for overseeing the construction phase of large EPC projects. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and manage risk assessments.
• Monitor project progress, manage costs, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Manage subcontractors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of EPC experience in the Oil & Gas sector, ideally in the UAE/GCC region.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, HSE standards, and cost control.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Master’s preferred).
• PMP, LEED, or relevant certifications are a plus.
