Job Summary:

Our client, a leading construction firm in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and drive their projects to successful completion. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
2. Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
3. Oversee day-to-day construction activities.
4. Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
6. Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management.
7. Monitor project finances, control costs, and manage expenditures.

What We’re Looking For:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
3. PMP, RICS, or similar project management certification is preferred.
4. Skills: Leadership, Communication, Organizational, problem-solving, etc.
5. Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
