Construction Manager

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the execution of high-rise building and villa projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient and effective construction processes.
3. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on work status, cost management, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any site issues, ensuring seamless project flow.
6. Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute project stages and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in construction management, with a strong background in high-rise and villa projects.
• Industry: Main contractor experience required.
• Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
