Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate project engineers, site engineers, and other members of project team.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, compliance reports, and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct site inspections and report updates to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Approximately 12 years of experience in construction management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team performance.
• Certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
