Seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing project budgets.
2. Coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
3. Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years experience in construction management.
2. A degree in civil engineering or related field.
3. Proficiency in project management software.

Accommodation and visa sponsorship provided for non-local candidates. Freshers with relevant education may also apply. Salary: 1600$ per month.
