Construction Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction crews and ensuring high quality standards are met. This is a full-time position requiring previous experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
2. Oversee all aspects of the construction process
3. Manage construction crews and subcontractors
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and high quality standards
5. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
6. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members
7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
8. Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor costs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
3. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
5. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
6. Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite
9. Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai

Note: This is a full-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Dubai. Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet all other requirements.
