Construction Manager

Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Managing and overseeing the delivery of construction works on the project.
2. Ensuring Mott MacDonald HSE standards are kept at the forefront of all activities and are applied at every stage of the project.
3. Overseeing site works to ensure they adhere to the contract.
4. Setting up proper communication lines with the Consultant and Contractor to address issues that may arise; ensuring corrective and preventative measures are taken in a timely manner.
5. Advising the project teams on planned logistics and contractual matters.
6. Reviewing and accepting project delivery plans submitted by contractors; making recommendations/suggestions where needed.
