Plan, oversee, and direct construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Collaborate during the construction administration phase and provide assistance with issues that may arise in the field, including support with sketches and information.
Prepare internal and external reports about site status.
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and work with the construction manager as required to obtain permits and licenses.
Review the work progress on a daily basis.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues.
