Requirements for Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and have knowledge of local building codes and regulations. The Construction Manager must be able to read blueprints, manage budgets, communicate with vendors, inspect sites, organize materials deliveries, schedule personnel shifts, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate with other departments. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is willing to work long hours in demanding conditions.
