Construction Foreman

Turco Construction is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will supervise crews, manage work schedules, and enforce safety protocols to ensure the success of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Supervise: Manage and direct a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to company standards.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, schedule, and execute project activities.
3. Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure that it meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
4. Safety Management: Enforce company safety policies and ensure the team follows safety procedures, performing regular safety audits on-site.
5. Material and Equipment Management: Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on-site when needed and properly maintained.
6. Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to the project schedule.
7. Documentation: Maintain records of daily activities, work progress, safety reports, and equipment usage as required by project managers.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, as a supervisory or foreman role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety standards.
