Job Description: Connected Car Technical Support Specialist
Job Summary: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of our Automotive connected Car technology operations. In this role you will manage the connected car service technical support of Hyundai Motors Group.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Connected Car Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve the following:
- Act as key contact to our Middle East stakeholders as technical support for Connected Car Services
- Troubleshoot customer issues reported by the service teams through ticketing system
- Investigate and resolve issues by working closely with engineers
- Support the technical teams in bug testing and root cause analysis
- Support the managing team in service management and process improvement
- Hands-on experience in JIRA or Service Now project management tools
- Understanding of Backend and Frontend interfaces
- Actual vehicle driving test (SW changes)
Job Qualification:
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
- Technical and/or IT background is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence
- Ability to multi-task and having sense of urgency
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Automotive business process
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified
- Working experience of Infotainment/IoT domain
Working Conditions:
- Expected Date of Recruitment: 1 Jun 2025 / Negotiable
- Salary: Salary depending on experience and skills
- Term of the Contract: Permanent / (6 months of probation period)
