Conference Producer

Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Conference Producer in Dubai.

You will be constructing detailed programs with expert speakers and authorities, conducting market research, and liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive delegate growth and content quality.

Responsibilities of the job:

1. Create industry-relevant conference programs with expert speakers and engage with speakers to ensure their attendance at events.
2. Collaborate with professionals, institutions, and companies to develop compelling conference programs as well as networking with speakers, exhibitors, and delegates with a target number of meetings per event day.
3. Maintain an up-to-date speaker database as well as conducting post-show analyses.
4. Work alongside the sponsorship team by providing leads and attending sales meetings as needed.
5. Produce new conference ideas and program content through meetings and research.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the conference portfolio, suggesting new conference tracks for events.
7. Boost relationships with industry experts to develop conference topics and secure speakers.
8. Explore additional ways to attract delegates, such as workshops.
9. Provide hands-on support with on-site duties during the event.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. You must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in conference production.
2. Strong commercial awareness and research skills.
3. Ability to work on multiple Summit agendas at one time.
