Conference Event Manager

A highly dynamic, passionate, flexible, team player to join our growing team as a Conference Producer. Responsible to curate time bound industry relevant & commercially viable conference programs in line with the market needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Curate innovative conference content by thinking out of the box and conducting in-depth market analysis, evaluate trending industry topics through desk and telephone research.
2. Understand commercial viability of the industry by speaking to buyers and solution providers while curating content. Bring forward innovative ideas through identifying opportunities for new conferences.
3. Identify, contact and confirm C suite speakers to participate in the program, including Celebrities & Influencers.
4. Come up with creative session formats within conference agendas. Recruit top journalists and C-suite speakers for the program.
5. Write thought-provoking copies for marketing campaigns, web copy, and sales brochures.
6. Collaborate with Project team members including sales, operations, design, marketing, admin, and PR teams to ensure smooth onsite delivery of the event.

Skills and Experience:

1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
2. At least 3-4 years relevant experience in a managerial role in a similar industry.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
4. Good command of the English Language.
5. Any additional language is an added advantage (German, Arabic).
6. Technology Conferences/Industry knowledge desirable.
