Job Description:

1. Knowledge of basic understanding of rotary equipment.
2. Able to perform vibration route data collection on a routine basis.
3. Knowledge of CSI 2140 vibration data collector.
4. Knowledge of performing laser alignment independently.
5. Able to identify the bearing location for vibration measurement.
6. Able to identify deviations from normal values during data collection.
7. Able to identify abnormalities in rotating equipment and inform the immediate supervisor.
8. Able to identify false readings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Able to create and store off-route data.
2. Able to note down process parameters.
3. Update and download the routes in AMS software.
4. Basic knowledge of spectrum analysis.
5. Able to update history in AMS software.
6. Knowledge and usage of ADRE multichannel instrument for turbines.
7. Knowledge of field balancing.
8. Able to perform thermal scanning.
9. Knowledge of thermography.
10. Able to perform material composition.
11. Follow safety procedures.
12. Good knowledge of computers.
13. Good communication skills and ability to understand manuals.
