• Manage concierge area cleanliness and organization, and oversee break timings for associates.

• Adhere to safety and emergency procedures, maintaining a security-conscious mindset.
• Report incidents and ensure the confidentiality and privacy of guests.

Local Knowledge and Collaboration:

• Possess knowledge of local areas and attractions to answer guest queries.
• Foster close working relationships with other departments, attend briefings, and collaborate with valet and leadership.

Proactive Problem Resolution:

• Handle guest requests promptly, tracking pending issues and resolutions by other agents.
• Take initiative to address concierge-related issues and contribute to a seamless guest experience.
