We're recruiting a Concierge Limousine Taxi Service for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and understand their limousine taxi service rental needs (e.g., duration, budget, and special requirements).
2. Provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences and requirements.
3. Explain rental terms, insurance options, fuel policies, and additional services.
4. Handle bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
5. Actively promote the limousine taxi service onsite to attract potential customers.
6. Organize and manage the limousine taxi queue efficiently.
7. Assist customers in boarding and exiting limousine taxis.
8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.

1. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
2. 12 years of experience in Hospitality or service industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
