Full job description

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and installing new hardware and software systems.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer issues.
3. Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
4. Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
5. Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
6. Monitoring and maintaining security systems and installing updates.
7. Providing technical support to users and resolving technical errors.
8. Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.

Candidate Requirements:

1. SIRA ID Card holder preferred for this position.
2. Diploma or above in a related field.
3. Only candidates with relevant experience should apply; others will be rejected.

Ability to commute/relocate:

1. Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
