Roles & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for managing, developing & overseeing that the company's operations and business activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
3. Regularly review and update compliance policies and standard procedures to reflect changes in laws and regulations.
4. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to address them.
5. Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards relevant to the group operations.
