Job Description

• Be an effective team member in the company's AML Compliance activity with fair understanding of AML risk management methodologies.
• Assist in maintaining compliance policy and framework and be an effective part in GRC automation.
• Undertake specialty business AML review.
• Undertake data quality review and address gaps immediately.
• Manage the AML risk tool on a daily basis.
• Undertake contractual agreement review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Postgraduate – preferably MBA with Finance / compliance related specializations. CAMS certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Good understanding of AML and compliance regulations in UAE.
• Good understanding of FATF and UN sanctions.
• Good understanding of Risk Management Tool.
• Analytical skills in data sampling using MS Excel.
