Compliance and Governance Support specialist
Job description
- Providing timely and accurate response by abiding the timelines.
- Provide the required Payment documentation and answers to the questions from the customer within given TAT.
- Retrieve all the information as requested by authorities and share the consolidated response within given timelines.
- Ensure adherence to COMP policies, practices and processes.
- Identify gaps and provide solutions to resolve issues.
- Review and escalate issues of non-compliance.
- Collect modernized customer’s information/documents and share with HRAR and COMP team.
- Update current customer’s data to know the exact profile.
- Support the implementation of COMP/Governance policies, practices and processes.
- Provide requested material directly to Gov and COMP without involving the branches.
- Prepare and issue Customer’s Exit letters under Compliance Concerns.
- Ensure accounts are closed after the given notice period.
