Job description
- Providing timely and accurate responses by adhering to the timelines.
- Providing the required payment documentation and answers to customer questions within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Retrieving all requested information from authorities and sharing a consolidated response within the given timelines.
- Ensuring adherence to COMP policies, practices, and processes.
- Identifying gaps and providing solutions to resolve issues.
- Reviewing and escalating issues of non-compliance.
- Collecting modernized customer information/documents and sharing them with the HRAR and COMP team.
- Updating current customer data to maintain an accurate profile.
- Supporting the implementation of COMP/Governance policies, practices, and processes.
- Providing requested materials directly to Gov and COMP without involving the branches.
- Preparing and issuing customer exit letters under compliance concerns.
- Ensuring accounts are closed after the given notice period.
