Job description
  • Providing timely and accurate responses by adhering to the timelines.
  • Providing the required payment documentation and answers to customer questions within the given turnaround time (TAT).
  • Retrieving all requested information from authorities and sharing a consolidated response within the given timelines.
  • Ensuring adherence to COMP policies, practices, and processes.
  • Identifying gaps and providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Reviewing and escalating issues of non-compliance.
  • Collecting modernized customer information/documents and sharing them with the HRAR and COMP team.
  • Updating current customer data to maintain an accurate profile.
  • Supporting the implementation of COMP/Governance policies, practices, and processes.
  • Providing requested materials directly to Gov and COMP without involving the branches.
  • Preparing and issuing customer exit letters under compliance concerns.
  • Ensuring accounts are closed after the given notice period.
