Cigna Healthcare in Dubai is seeking a diligent and professional Complaints Manager, exclusively for UAE Nationals. This pivotal role involves managing customer complaints, enhancing service quality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Complaint Handling: Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

  2. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all complaints are handled in accordance with relevant healthcare regulations and Cigna's policies.

  4. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on complaint trends and outcomes for management review.

  5. Communication: Liaise with various departments to address and resolve complaints efficiently.

  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions.

  7. Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on effective complaint handling procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. UAE National.

  2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  3. Previous experience in a customer service or complaint handling role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

  5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  6. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

  7. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
