To make the requisite comparisons with regards to experience, qualification, competencies, in line with proposed grade & level in liaison with the Line Managers from various departments and summarize the retrieved information for submission with recommendation of proposed position and salary level to the Human Resource Manager. Accordingly issue promotion, increment, transfer letters, employee confirmation letters etc. on due approvals and update the HR database accordingly.
Prepare employment detail letters for staff as requested e.g. bank letters, experience letters etc also assist employees with various HR related queries to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Participate in salary and benefits surveys and cooperate with agencies or private firms by responding to survey enquiries.
To coordinate for the training need analysis and execute training plans as per the recommendations/requests in coordination with Line Manager and the HR/Training Manager.
Liaise with insurance companies to acquire quotes, negotiate price and communicate the requirement.
Assist Human Resource Manager with HR support functions like providing employee details, various reports and work on special projects as and when instructed.
Attainments: Bachelors degree and 7-8 years of relevant professional experience. At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar line.
Intelligence: Numerate and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. Excellent correspondence skills and ability to communicate efficiently at all levels.
