Our client, a leading real estate developer, is looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Role Summary
The Manager for Compensation and Benefits is responsible for all aspects of the company's compensation and benefits programs as well as managing payroll operations. This role will ensure that the compensation packages are competitive and aligned with organizational goals while also maintaining accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute market-aligned compensation strategies, ensuring fair job structures through regular analyses.
Oversee employee benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement), recommending updates based on industry trends.
Address benefits inquiries and coordinate with vendors and consultants.
Design and manage incentive programs, including bonuses and variable pay, with performance insights.
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, resolving discrepancies and optimizing systems in collaboration with IT teams.
Manage budgets for compensation, benefits, and manpower, providing insights for planning and forecasting.
Analyze HR data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and enhance engagement and performance.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, maintain policy updates, and prepare audit documentation.
Align compensation and benefits with performance systems to drive productivity and engagement.
Conduct job evaluations and update role profiles as needed.
Lead and develop the team by setting clear targets and fostering growth.
Support management with tasks essential to departmental success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional).
8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and relevant laws and regulations.
