Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our organization's compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll management, benefits administration, and market trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and industry standards.
2. Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
3. Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
5. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to oversee payroll processing and tax regulations.
6. Develop and update compensation policies, bonus structures, and incentive programs.
7. Conduct market research and salary surveys to recommend competitive salary structures.
8. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management on compensation trends and analysis.
9. Handle employee inquiries and grievances related to compensation and benefits.
10. Support the annual performance appraisal and salary review process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
3. Strong understanding of salary structures, incentive plans, and labor laws.
4. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
5. Analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and leadership teams.
