Job description

We are looking for qualified Company Secretaries with a minimum of 10 to 12 years of PQE within the healthcare industry.


The interested candidate must have a Degree in Law and experience in establishing well-structured boards, audit committees, risk management practices, and protection of shareholder rights.


The role requires the Company Secretary to ensure that the company complies with standard financial and legal practices and maintains standards of corporate governance.


You will also participate in board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards, and updating the corporate governance framework document.
