Job description

Job Title: Community Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Building & Engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture a strong youth talent community.
  • Manage online and offline engagement, ensuring active participation and meaningful discussions.
  • Organize networking events, workshops, and community meetups to drive engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their needs and feedback.
  • Youth Development Programs
    • Design and execute programs that support youth in career exploration, upskilling, and job readiness.
    • Collaborate with industry leaders, mentors, and employers to create career development opportunities.
    • Coordinate mentorship programs, career coaching sessions, and internships for community members.
  • Content & Communications
    • Create and manage youth-focused content across digital platforms (social media, newsletters, forums, etc.).
    • Lead storytelling initiatives by highlighting success stories and career journeys of young talents.
    • Oversee community-driven content such as Q&As, peer discussions, and user-generated posts.
  • Partnership & Employer Engagement
    • Build partnerships with companies, educational institutions, and career coaches to provide opportunities for youth.
    • Connect community members with job opportunities, internships, and skill-building programs.
    • Work closely with HR and talent acquisition teams to bridge the gap between young job seekers and employers.
  • Analytics & Impact Measurement
    • Track community engagement metrics and program impact to refine strategies.
    • Gather insights through surveys, discussions, and participation data to enhance youth experiences.
    • Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, ensuring continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in community management, youth engagement, career development, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of youth career challenges, job market trends, and upskilling opportunities.
    • Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking skills.
    • Passion for youth empowerment and career development.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in event planning, partnership building, or social media management is a plus.
    • Must be graduated and able to commit full-time.
    • Has a learning mindset and has built communities in the past.
    • Has a historical record of partnerships and events hosted, organized, and managed.
    • UAE-based youth, student of UAE, has lead generation sales mindset, is GOOD with email campaigns, and has outreach skills to partners.
    • Knows Public Speaking, is presentable, and can speak with partners.
