Grandiose is a home-grown Retail chain giving its customers a different experience for shopping and dining in the UAE. The fast-growing dynamic business is looking for an energetic, customer-centric, business driven Community Activation Manager under its Marketing department.
Key Responsibilities:
The Community Activation Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic community engagement, event planning, and customer-centric initiatives. This role will lead business development efforts, manage local events to strengthen brand presence, and oversee promotional activities to maximize sales returns. The incumbent will work in close alignment with the Store Managers of each community to ensure goals are met effectively and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for community outreach and a results-driven mindset.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the community to expand business opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing initiatives that attract and retain customers.
- Analyze market trends and community needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Plan, organize, and execute community-focused events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events align with business goals.
- Monitor event performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience through community activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote company values and mission.
Promoter Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate store promoters to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
- Train and motivate promoters to maximize sales performance during events.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and recommend strategies for improvement.
Store Alignment:
- Work closely with Store Managers in each community to align on event planning, promotional activities, and sales strategies.
- Regularly communicate with Store Managers to ensure local needs and challenges are addressed.
- Foster a collaborative relationship to drive overall store and community success.
Cross Functional Alignment:
- Work in alignment with the CRM and the marketing manager to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives in each community.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or agencies, must have experience in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in community engagement, business development, or event management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to evaluate event ROI and sales performance.
