Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Skills: SAP B 1, MySql / MsSQL, Technical Support, MS Office

Desired Profile:

• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• Good communication skills to serve clients
• ERP Implementation Experience - Full life cycle implementation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working within a SAP B1 Partner would be an advantage
• SAP Business One support and training experience
• Teamwork - Ability to work in a tightly knit team supporting and complementing colleagues
• Problem Solving - Flexible and persistent approach to work with logical problem-solving methods
• Technical Skills - Understanding of how business systems should operate to support a client’s business
• Database Knowledge - Familiarity with relational database technologies
• Office Skills - In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

• Support SAP B1 clients on various issues and provide resolutions
• Configure SAP Business One to meet agreed requirements
• Support the sales team during presales with workshops, demonstrations, and proposal documentation
• Manage integration to external systems, including eCommerce systems
• Maintain product knowledge
• Provide technical support to existing Business One clients
