Commis 1- Pastry And Bakery

• Assist the Chef in daily kitchen operations and maintain high quality culinary standards.
• Assist in the preparation and production of a wide variety of pastries, desserts, bread, and confectionery items in line with hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to provide seamless dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills, knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques, and attention to detail in food presentation.
