Job Title: Commercial HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire senior level service technician(s) for our Commercial Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of on-the-job experience and a deep understanding of a range of commercial equipment. This position requires the individual to work independently, capable of solving complex HVAC service issues with minimal supervision. Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and/or geothermal is a bonus.

Required Skills

1. Commercial service, install and diagnosis experience.
2. Working knowledge of commercial equipment including RTUs, AHU's, DOAS systems, VRF/VRF, split systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers (oil, gas, electric), VAV's, water source equipment, DDC controls, BMS-building management systems.
3. Ability to use computer/PC based service tool software.

Work Environment

1. Work will be primarily conducted in commercial buildings and construction environments.
2. Company vehicle will be provided.
