Drive the launch of new Corporate/Commercial products and monitor & optimize the existing products.
Go to market strategy.
Active commercialization of proposition by working with all internal and external stakeholders.
Regularly produce Management Information/Performance dashboard on corporate card portfolio.
Work with scheme operators and ensure all revenues/costs are accounted on a regular basis.
Build out of Corporate Card proposition in the bank's global locations.
Ensure the end-to-end ownership of the proposition for seamless client journey, ensuring all touch points internally and externally are aligned in delivery of this proposition.
Market Research and Analysis: Understanding the needs of businesses and the existing landscape of commercial products, including market research, competitor analysis, and identifying gaps or opportunities in the market.
Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial products, including cost, revenue, profitability, and market engagement.
Align product features with the risk and fraud framework to minimize fraud and ensure the security of card transactions.
Support on the optimization of Credit Risk policies.
Provide internal trainings on the new products.
Leverage Mastercard assets and resources, when applicable, to deliver support on the above-mentioned responsibilities.
Knowledge & Experience:
10 to 12 years of Corporate/Commercial products experience with a strong understanding of commercial banking products.
UAE experience preferred.
Strong team player, results-driven, and high level of energy and initiative.
