What I need to do
- Build, own, and refine the commercial framework for space optimization across the GCC region to drive profitability and operational success.
- Define and track KPIs to measure space optimization effectiveness, ROI, and customer impact.
- Partner with external space optimization vendors to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and successful implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, buying, retail operations) to identify opportunities and develop strategies for space utilization.
- Lead the implementation of space optimization initiatives across group brands and regions, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
- Analyze data to monitor the impact of space strategies and refine approaches based on insights.
