Job description

We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our leading European Energy client in Abu Dhabi. Our client is on the look out for dynamic Sales People to pursue the potential of green hydrogen as a feedstock for the production of e-SAF, e-ammonia and e-methanol as ideal carriers for utilising and storing renewable energy. This role is critical to their growth strategy, focusing on delivering technical sales expertise in the EMEA Markets. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Hydrogen Solutions within the Oil & Gas or the Aviation sectors with outstanding communication skills, strong financial modelling skills and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients in the EMEA Region to drive growth.
  2. Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions.
  3. Develop and deliver compelling proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and implementation plans.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and technical evaluations to align our offerings with client requirements.
  5. Serve as a technical expert during client meetings, addressing questions and concerns with in-depth product knowledge.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solution designs, and proposals.
  7. Oversee the seamless transition from sales to implementation, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  8. Manage the sales cycle of solutions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  9. Provide ongoing technical support to clients, ensuring optimal performance of deployed solutions.
  10. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
  11. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within Hydrogen Solutions selling.
  • Strong Financial Modelling skills & technical background with a deep understanding of pitching hydrogen solutions to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
