Commercial Manager – Abu Dhabi PMC

International PMC are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience in Abu Dhabi and have a proven track record of success in managing and growing commercial operations in the region.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability
2. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
3. Oversee the financial performance of the commercial team
4. Manage all aspects of the sales and marketing process, including lead generation, qualifying opportunities / business development
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Qualifications / Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
2. 10+ years of experience in a Senior Commercial / Commercial management role
3. MUST have extensive experience working in Abu Dhabi and have existing relationships with Developers / clients in the emirate.
4. Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Competitive salary of circa 50-55k AED per month + flight allowance and private medical cover.
