Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and drive client acquisition efforts.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Revenue Management:
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Provide insights to refine the company’s service offerings and positioning.
- Partnerships & Networking:
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality events.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in the commercial department.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and financial planning for projects.
- Track and report on revenue and profitability metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event management industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution processes is an advantage.
