Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to manage and oversee project timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved seamlessly.
2. Logistics Management: Coordinate the shipping, delivery, and installation of materials, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate execution of all orders.
3. Order Processing: Review and manage client orders, verifying that all required documentation, including signed quotations, is complete before processing.
4. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to optimize order fulfillment, inventory management, and on-time project delivery.
6. Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve issues related to shipments, delays, or material defects in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption and high client satisfaction.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of project timelines, deliveries, and client communications. Generate and present regular status updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or related fields, ideally within the construction or materials supply industry.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
5. Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Familiarity with the construction or real estate development sectors is a strong advantage.
