The Role

Senior Cost Manager – Dubai, UAE

We require a Cost Manager for one of the largest Big Wheel and viewing experiences in the World. Following our success on the London Eye, we have been awarded the Project Management of a similar, larger scheme in Dubai. This is a unique, complex project and as such similarly complex experience will be demonstrated in your background. You must be able to plan, develop, and supervise all project cost functions ensuring that all project cost activities, budgets, and forecasts comply with company and client requirements.

2. Value Engineering
3. Tender Adjudication
4. Draft Contract documents
5. Agree variations
6. Preparation of final accounts
7. Monthly Cost Reporting
8. Cashflow Production
9. Initial Claims Response (Strong)
10. Consultants Payments
11. Consultants VO’s

Experience / Qualifications

International experience is NOT essential. Must have experience with well-recognized, blue-chip construction organisations. Must be able to demonstrate longevity in previous work history.
